Midtown

This is a 190-unit condo project consisting of three 4-storey buildings being built for the rental market. It is centrally located next to the McCallum Junction Shopping Centre and Highway 1. All one, two and three-bedroom suites have oversized windows, 9’ ceilings, in-suite laundry and a generous patio space. The project was phased, with approximately 4 months between buildings and is scheduled for completion in December 2018. Working on this project during the height of the construction boom has required us to closely coordinate our trades to fit within the tight build schedule set before us.
