This high-end condo development designed by Focus Architecture began with the demolition of the existing structure on the property. This project consists of two wood framed buildings. A 6-storey 48-unit building and a 5-storey 50-unit building all sitting on one single level parkade. All contemporary units feature 9’ ceilings, with those on the top floor boasting 10’ ceilings, oversized windows, large decks & patios.
