Mega Electric has worked with J. Floris Construction for over 15 years and have completed many projects with them. Recent completed projects include; Midtown Condos, Ventura Condos, High Street Condo and townhome development, Braxton Condos, Dynamic Windows, and EDS Pumps, J. Floris has been a fantastic general contractor to work with. The project schedules are efficient and their leadership team in the office and on site are organized and communicative with the trades. The site superintendents are hands on and play a big role in the success of their projects. The project managers are organized and communicative with the trades. There is a positive atmosphere on their projects and a desire to work together as a team to sort any issues that arise onsite.
I have been working with J. Floris Construction Ltd. since 2016 developing multi-family rental residential buildings, both four and six-storey projects in the Fraser Valley. The team is very knowledgeable throughout the phases of construction, responsive to my requests for information when needed, and collaborative with us as a client. From the tendering process, to providing regular site progress meetings, they are sincerely interested in helping us succeed on each project. In construction, there are always unforeseen problems to solve, and I have appreciated John’s willingness to get involved when needed to resolve the issue. Their team is trustworthy and reliable, and I am pleased to continue working with them on our current projects.
