Floris has been a fantastic general contractor to work with. The project schedules are efficient and their leadership team in the office and on site are organized and communicative with the trades. The site superintendents are hands on and play a big role in the success of their projects. The project managers are organized and communicative with the trades. There is a positive atmosphere on their projects and a desire to work together as a team to sort any issues that arise onsite.
