Envision Financial

We have constructed multiple branches for Envision Financial consisting of standalone buildings as well as tenant fit outs. Our involvement on these projects included site development, shell building construction and interior fit out. Construction was a hybrid of tilt-up and structural steel. Project costs varied from $2,000,000 - $3,000,000 million dollars. All projects were completed on time and on budget. The City Gate project, located in Chilliwack, BC began in February of 2006 and was an 11,000 square foot financial institution for which we attained LEED Silver. Our team was also entrusted with the TI portion of this project. The Willoughby branch, located in Langley, BC was another LEED certified project. We began work on this project in January 2003 and completed April of the same year.
