A 15-million-dollar development which drastically changed the landscape of this area of Abbotsford into a bustling 140,000 square foot premier shopping mall. Six separate buildings make up this project. We developed 7 acres of prime real estate, which involved major earthworks and site services. The construction was a hybrid of structural steel, steel stud and some wood frame. Exterior finishes included glazing, aluminum paneling and EFIS.
